  1. How do I log into my PlusMags.com account?
    • Please visit /customer. Your username is your email address or your phone number. Your default password is your zip code. You can change your password once you login.
  2. I placed an order. How soon can I expect my subscription?
    • In regards to either starting or renewing a subscriptions, the Magazine Industry has some basic guidelines:

      Daily Papers: 2 to 3 weeks
      Weekly Magazines: 4 to 6 weeks
      Bi-Weekly and Monthly Titles: 6 to 10 weeks
      Bi-monthly and Quarterly Subscriptions: 12 to 16 weeks

      There are a few publishers that take longer than the standard start time. If your subscription hasn't started in the appropriate time frame, or begins with a past issue you have already read, please contact us.
  3. My subscription is ending soon. How soon in advance should I renew it?
    • Ideally, you will want to renew the subscription 8 weeks prior to its ending.
  4. How many titles do you have in stock at any given stock?
    • We carry over 1,000+ titles in nearly every category. Feel free to browse using our search tool or category profiles.
  5. How heavily discounted are your magazine subscriptions compared to the cover prices?
    • ALL of our magazines are discounted. However, some are discounted more than others solely based upon what the publishers allow us to do. Some of our Magazines are discounted upwards of 80% off the cover price!
